It is very important to know the nutritional value of food for health and to consume nutritious food daily. A lack of a balanced diet in childhood can hinder physical and mental development later on. Therefore, the importance of nutritious food in physical and mental development is very important.
Balanced food The food that contains all the food components required by the human body is called balanced food in one word. A balanced diet consists of six essential nutrients. For example: meat, sugars, fats, mineral salts, vitamins and water.

  • Works in body repair and body growth i.e. physical structure
  • Increases immunity
  • Ensures physical and mental development
  • Helps keep skin and hair healthy
  • Improves sleep and reduces stress
Also, it is better to eat home-made light breakfast or bread, milk, mudri or any local fruits instead of fried food in the afternoon snack. It is better to have breakfast in the afternoon and to eat dinner early. A healthy person should drink at least 2.5 to 3 liters of water per day.
