Polio vaccine

Tetanus

Tetanus toxoid (TT) is a routine immunization program under the Expanded Program of Immunization (EPI) in Bangladesh. Women of reproductive age (15-49 years) are given five doses of TT vaccine to protect against tetanus. A total of 5 times TT vaccination

HPV

This vaccine helps protect women from cervical cancer and other cancers. It also helps protect against genital cancer. As a priority, HPV vaccines should be given to all girls aged 9–14 years, before they become sexually active. The vaccine may be given as 1 or 2 doses.

Hepatitis A & B

A viral infection that attacks the liver and can cause jaundice as well as acute and chronic disease. If the vaccine and treatment are not taken on time, liver cancer may appear later

Influenza

Influenza vaccine provides protection, especially during the winter, against viral flu diseases, particularly for children, the elderly, and those with underlying health conditions. This vaccine helps build immunity in the body and plays a crucial role in ensuring year-round health protection.

Rubella

Rubella is an infectious disease caused by a virus. Rubella is spread through contact, coughing and sneezing of an infected person. If the mother has rubella during pregnancy, the baby may be born with birth defects. So proper treatment and vaccine can give birth to a healthy baby.

Hib

Hib vaccine can prevent Haemophilus influenzae type b (Hib) disease. Haemophilus influenzae type b can cause many different kinds of infections. These infections usually affect children under 5 years of age but can also affect adults with certain medical conditions.
