To increase the immunity of the body​
Immunity : Immunity is the body’s ability to protect itself from sickness caused by germs like viruses or bacteria. It uses a system of cells and organs to fight off these harmful invaders.
Part of the immunity we acquire at birth and the rest depends on our lifestyle, food habits. Therefore, to increase the immunity of the body, it is very important to follow the following rules:
  • Abstain from smoking and intoxicants of any kind
  • Eating healthy and nutritious food
  • Eat less sugary foods
  • Drink enough water
  • do physical work
  • Keeping weight and blood pressure under control
  • Spending time with family and relatives, friends
  • Adequate sleep (6 to 8 hours)
  • Keeping stress under control
  • Maintain personal hygiene.
