Common Cold
The common cold is a viral infectious disease that primarily affects the respiratory system, including the nose, throat, sinuses, and larynx. Signs and symptoms may appear within two days of exposure to the virus. These can include cough, sore throat, runny nose, sneezing, headache and fever. Sufferers usually recover within seven to ten days, but some symptoms may last up to three weeks.

  • Muscle pain
  • Cough
  • Sneeze
  • Fever
  • Pressure in the ears and mouth
  • Decreased sense of taste and smell
There are a few ways to cure a cold faster than usual, they are-
  • Adequate sleep or rest
  • Being in a warm or mild climate
  • Drink plenty of fluids
  • Taking care of the throat or gargling with lukewarm water
