Soap or Sanitizer - Which is more effective?

Soon after the outbreak of the coronavirus in Bangladesh, this question came to the fore. Many people thought that hand sanitizer can only remove germs. Where there is no opportunity to wash hands with soap or handwash, doctors have asked to use sanitizers. Rubbing a few drops of sanitizer on the palm of the hand kills the virus. But if there is no soap or sanitizer available, wash hands thoroughly with clean water.
